When will my order be baked?
Orders are processed with in 24-48 hours of receipt
and baked fresh right before delivery.
Do you use frozen cookie dough?
We never use frozen dough at The Cape Cod Cookie. Only the freshest ingredients, finest chocolates, local cranberries, etc make it into our products.
Where can I buy cookies from The Cape Cod Cookie?
We bake right from our own licensed home kitchen therefore do not yet have a retail location. Our cookies can be purchased online any time by clicking here, by phone at 508-737-7521 or at many farmers markets, events or shows. You can click here to find out where we'll be!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and e-checks for online orders. Checks, and cash will be accepted at Farmers Markets or for local orders for businesses, parties, or weddings.
Is it safe for me to order online?
Yes. All orders are processed through a secure website to ensure privacy and prevent fraud. All your information is kept confidential.
Are you really on Cape Cod?
Yes! We are a true mom & pop baking team located in the heart of Cape Cod. Really good, Really local!
Can you do an order for my business event or party? What about a wedding?
We have catered to many corporate events as well as weddings and wedding gift bags/hotel bags. Invite us to your next cookout! Just email thecapecodcookie@gmail.com or call 508-737-7521 to discuss your event needs.
What do I have to do to send cookies as a gift?
Sending our products as gifts is super simple! Upon checkout you will have the opportunity to specify a gift shipping address. Any special messages can be placed in the "special instructions" section.
How will I know my order has processed?
When you place your order and check out, you will be redirected to PayPal. After paying via check, credit card or by other means you will receive an email from PayPal stating that your order has been processed. Please keep this email for your records. Also, if you have not received your email after half an hour then it may not have actually processed! Call to verify!
I have a nut allergy, is it okay to eat your cookies?
While most of our cookies do not contain nuts, some of our cookies do and all products are processed in the same facilities using the same equipment. Therefore we do not suggest consuming our products if you have an allergy of a highly sensitive nature.
Do you Deliver?
YES! We deliver all over Cape Cod. We charge a $5 - 10.00 fee for lower and mid cape deliveries and $20.00 for upper cape delivery and suggest contacting us via email at thecapecodcookie@gmail.com to make arrangements and check availability for delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on the number of products you purchase. Cookies are shipped via prioroity 2nd day mail and may be overnighted for an additional fee (please call or email for details). Most orders for a single dozen are $8.95, 2 dozen is roughly $11.95, 3 dozen is $15.95, 4 dozen is $19.99 and up. Please note, we unfortunately have had to increase our shipping charges due to the rising cost of packaging and shipping. Shipping charges will be added to your order upon checkout. Currently we are only able to ship within the U.S. However, if you wish to send abroad, please contact us directly. Chocolate bark maybe sent abroad during the cooler months.
How are your cookies packaged?
Here at The Cape Cod Cookie, its all about the cookie. We don't fuss with overly fancy boxes and bright expensive bows where the packaging is worth more than the product inside! We take great pride in our rustic style cookies where every single one is made by hand. They come packed in a clear cello bag and tied with raffia to enhance the beauty of these quaint cookies.
