A Little About Us...
Hello! I'm Carrie-Lee, owner and chief baker at The Cape Cod Cookie. My grandmother taught me to bake when I was just a little girl. Her one egg cakes, fudge and apple pies compared to no other and instilled in me a passion for baking.
My life-long love for baking and my desire to work from home inspired me to open a home baking business. But I didn't want to make your average chocolate chip or cardboard oatmeal raisin. My cookies had to be moist and so flavorful you just couldn't help but have another bite.
No conveyor belts or assembly lines, no preformed, pre-frozen, pre-anything here. Every cookie is made fresh every day with local ingredients by hand, per order. My rustic, individual homemade cookies are what make us stand out against the competition. The Cape Cod Cookie is a true mom & pop operation and you can feel great about the fact that when you do business with us, you help sustain business on Cape Cod - because we purchase from local vendors, too!
